Our service contracts are designed around the machinery you need to keep going, and a typical contract will include:

  • Annual System health check.
  • Annual software parameter back up and storage or following any modifications made by one of our engineers.
  • Breakdown callout.
  • Telephone support.
  • We will endeavour to provide an engineer on-site within 24 hours/48 hours*, guaranteed engineer availability within 48 hours**.
  • Spares auditing
  • Obsolesence auditing.
  • Online remote support facility*
  • Replacement and consumable parts are excluded.

The number of onsite and remote support days can be customised to offer you the best cost effective service. Following every support request you'll receive an engineers report detailing the issue and problem resolution steps.
