The selection of correct drive modules, feedback devices and motors is only part of a successful control system build.
Properly prepared schematics, tidy, efficient and safe panels which include heat dissipation, component clearance and EMC are an equally important part of your project.
We build our panels to the highest quality, and ensure they are tested ready for you to use.
Specification
Drives and Automation can prepare your functional specification and use the universally accepted AutoCad drawing package to create all electrical schematics. Alternatively we can work to your existing designs and specification.
Build Standards
When it comes to Panel Build, Drives and Automation ensures their panels are built to the highest quality, both technically and aesthetically. This is achieved by ensuring that all equipment is built to Drives and Automation's own rigorous specifications.
Our build specification pays special attention to safety, component clearances, heat dissipation and most importantly EMC.
Construction is to EN60204 with UL and EMC approval available on request.
Test and Inspection
All panels are subject to full functional test and inspection by Drives and Automation's engineers. Drive modules are set up with parameters as far as possible.
Upon dispatch panels are issued with test and inspection certificates detailing the test and inspection criteria.
When we design our panels, we do so with future maintenance requirements in mind. We build them to allow your engineers easily access to maintain the equipment.
