Purchased a drive or module from us?

If you have purchased a product from us within the last 3 months we will happily provide you with support if you run into problems.  Initial support would be provided via phone where simple problems would be resolved or for more in depth issues a site visit by one of our engineers can be arranged.  Site visits are chargeable at our standard rates, but initial problem support and assessment are provided free of charge to our customers.

When calling to request product support, please have your original purchase order number available for that product so that we can open a support case for you.

Not yet an existing customer?

If you bought your products from another supplier we can still help you and provide support, however this is a chargeable service as an experienced engineer needs to be allocated to your call.  Contact us for further information about our telephone remote support service, including pricing.  Please note that during telephone support we will work with one of your own onsite technicians to help you diagnose and resolve the issue, in some cases remote telephone resolution may not be possible and a site visit may be the only option.  In the event that a site visit is recommended, then this would be chargeable in addition to the remote support fee.

We regret that it is not possible to connect you with an engineer for a "free quick chat", as we would still need to allocate an engineer to your case.

We don't do "out of the box" support contracts.  Your support requirements are as unique as you are, and we work with you to produce the perfect package that meets both your budget and your operational requirements.

Do you have a spares management problem?

Drives and Automation can support you during breakdowns via our Critical Drives Spares Holding facility.  Holding spares on site that you may never need is expensive and if you are unable to hold your Drive Spares on site then we can provide a Drive Spares offering for you at our facility, with either standard next day delivery, or same day dedicated courier delivery.  Click here for more information.
