Using our familiarity with power and control electronics of both well established drive designs and the digital circuitry of contemporary controllers older drives can be retained in service longer. Newer drive designs can rapidly be put back into service with the minimum of impact on production. We can repair a variety of drives including AC Inverters, DC Converters, Eddy Current Controllers, Field Controllers etc.
	Genuine manufacturers spare parts are used where possible, whether discrete components or more complex sub-assemblies. Our skilled engineers have access to analytical equipment which allows them to fault find down to component level. Service replacement drives are available where time constrains do not permit a full repair.
All drives are tested in our test bay on suitably sized motors to ensure full functionality before being released for dispatch.  Repaired items are cleaned and refurbished as far as possible as part of our standard repairs procedure. Dispatch can be organised by either standard carriage, or courier depending on the urgency. For peace of mind, all our repairs carry a three month warranty. Persistent site issues can be backed up by our on site service team.
